ADJUSTING THE SPOTTER FRAME`
To allow the Foot Frame (9) to descend, push it
upward and rotate the Adjustment Handles (5) so
that the Spotter Frame (19) pivots toward the
Seat (14).
When you are finished exercising, return the
Spotter Frame (19) to its position under the Pivot
Frame (11).
