ADJUSTMENT

This section explains how to adjust the strength equipment. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened each 
time the strength equipment is used. Replace any worn parts immediately.

ADDING WEIGHTS

Slide the same amount of weight (not included) onto 
the Weight Bars (21). Make sure that the weight 
plates are pushed against the Weight Bumpers 
(30). 

Secure the weight plates with the Weight 

Clips (31).

    WARNING:

 Do not put more 

than 450 lbs. (204 kg) of weight (not 
included) on each Weight Bar (21). Always 
place the same amount of weight on both 
Weight Bars. Always secure weight plates 
with the Weight Clips (31).

ADJUSTING THE BACKREST

To adjust the angle of the Backrest (13), pull the 
Adjustment Knob (35) and pivot the top of the 
Backrest to the desired position. Then, reengage 
the Adjustment Knob. 

Move the Backrest forward 

and backward slightly to make sure that the 
Adjustment Knob is engaged in the Adjustment 
Bracket (10).
