For going downhill, keep the gearbox
engaged in a low ratio, be careful when
driving, especially on rough terrain.
When on sloping ground, work in the
direction of the lines with the maximum
gradient, always drive along the direction
perpendicular to the level line on the
slopes, never cross them in a longitudinal
direction
If possible, avoid crossing sloping terrain or
steep hills. If forced to do so avoid holes,
dips or protrusions in the ground and do
not attempt to cross tree stumps, rocks or
raised areas
If the machine has to cross obstacles or
steps and when the inclination of the
ground changes suddenly it may undergo a
sudden tilt change with the risk of the load
shifting. It is advisable to face these
situations at a very low speed to limit the
risk.
If it is necessary to traverse a steep slope,
avoid tight turns, slow down and make a
large turn
Always keep a gear engaged when going
downhill. Never allow the machine to coast
down a hill with the clutch out of gear or
the transmission in neutral.
Avoid ditches, dykes, embankments, banks
of rivers, canals and fords. Stay away from
edges which could give way.
Do not force a control lever if you feel
resistance to engagement.
Only operate the gear lever when the
machine is stationary.
When using the pressure washer, do not
direct the water jet at the electrical
components and connections, seals, joint
parts, grease points, engine and rubber or
plastic parts.
Carry out transporting, maintenance,
repair and lubrication operations with the
engine switched off and with the spark
plug lead disconnected.
Always keep the safety devices in perfect
working order.
It is dangerous to use the machine with the
tracks not under tension.
Do not leave the machine running whilst
going up or down hill without an operator.
Always check that the mechanical lock of
the load body is engaged.
Never refuel the machine with the engine
running or very hot, in the presence of
naked flames or in closed spaces.
Do not leave the engine running in closed
spaces, the exhaust fumes are toxic.
Only work in daylight or where there is
good artificial lighting.
Keep the machine clean of debris and plant
residues.
Keep away from electrical conductors and
obstacles.
Contact
with
electrical
conductors can cause electric shock and
death.
Only operate the controls from the driving
position.
Never alter the engine calibration speed,
set in the factory by the manufacturer.
To limit speed, use the engine brake, in
conditions of necessity or danger, release
the clutch-brake-traction lever to stop and
brake
the machine automatically.
When the machine operates at a fixed
point in order to operate connected
operating equipment, it is necessary to
secure the work site and prevent
