USAGE
3.1
Installation
Only a specialist authorized by Franke may assemble the appliance.
Tasks
– Unpack the appliance
– Check compliance with the required free space (0 mm)
– Check the electrical mains power connection
– Connect connection lines and connection hoses
– Attach the appliance
– Connect the power supply
– Switch on the appliance
– Put the appliance into operation with the coffee machine
3.2
Function
The cooling unit is used exclusively to keep milk cool for the preparation of
coffee drinks with a Franke coffee machine. Only use precooled milk (2-5 °C).
The cooling unit has the following functions:
– Keeping the milk cool
– Preventing unauthorized access via a lockable door
3.3
Operation and care
Regular cleaning is a prerequisite for the pure and safe enjoyment of milk
drinks.
