Loading postage - TELESET voice

Loading postage via telephone /
TELESET voice

This method is used to load postage directly
via the telephone line from the TELESET
Data Center into your T 1000 Trend.

The required data are given on the TELESET
card supplied: the telephone number of the
TELESET Data Center and your PIN.

• Switch on the franking machine. The last

postage amount selected is shown in the
display.

• Type in your 8 digit Personal Identification

Number (PIN) as shown on your TELESET
card (“12345678” in the example).

• Confirm the entered PIN with the “R” key.

In the display appears a “1”.

• Enter the desired amount of postage

(500 in the example).

• Confirm the amount displayed by pressing

the “R” key.

The permissible postage amounts (minimum/
maximum/steps) are determined by your
postal service. In some countries, only a fixed
amount can be used.
