6.Common Problem Solution
Problem
Cannot pair with
headset
Unable to
automatically

Volume too low
Unstable signal
Solution
Make sure that the headset is not paired with
other devices Keep the headset near the
transmitter, and make sure that the headset
is in pairing mode.
Make sure that the headset is not paired with
other devices and is in connectable state. If it
still cannot be reconnected, please try to pair
again.
Please unplug the transmitter and plug it in
again. If the problem persists, please follow
the factory reset operation.
Confirm that the volume on the headset and
host side has been adjusted.
Make sure that there are no too many
obstacles or other signal interference
between the transmitter and the headset.
The signal may be unstable if it is connected
via a hub or Insufficient power supply. It is
recommended to plug the transmitter
directly into USB port of the host.
