No Configuration
A given tuner card has
not been configured yet.
It can happen due to lack of
connection to a BiQ server after
tuner card reboot or lack of
configuration in the BiQ server
itself for a particular tuner card.
Request property’s IT
manager check access
to a BiQ server. Connect
a computer to the same
core switch as the
vuStreamer. Open a
browser to the BiQ
server:

If a login screen can be
seen the vuStreamer
should also have
connectivity. Go to
for Foxtel to
check configuration for
the specific tuner card.
The property’s IT
manager shall need
investigate why the site is
being blocked if the
login screen is
inaccessible.

level and quality.
