3. Click “Enable Accelerate” which is under “acceleration” icon, picture 2 will appear. In it you
need to select the size of SSD( Solid-state Driver) allocated for the cache memory, the boot
disk or volume and the acceleration mode, then click “OK”.
4. The setting of Intel® Smart Response Technology is finished, Hard disk is accelerated. The
effect of acceleration depends on the rate of SSD.
SSD will become a part of Hard disk after Enable acceleration. So SSD can be
removed only after Disable acceleration, otherwise, Hard disk cannot be used.
