TROUBLESHOOTING
The saw does not start:
The power socket is not supplying power correctly
The power cable is faulty
The motor is damaged or the carbon brushes must be replaced
Machine vibrations:
The inclination lock handle is not tightened
The blade is not fixed correctly
Wood darkens while cutting:
The tool is not correctly sharpened
The tool has been assembled back-to-front
The tools wear rapidly:
The tool is not correctly sharpened
The wood is dirty (cement, sand, etc)
The engine does not work properly:
(excessive heating, noise increase, excessive sparking from the carbon brushes)
The motor may be damaged: have the machine checked by an electrician
Carbon brushes need replaced
Blade stops rotating:
The tool is not correctly sharpened
Speed is set too high
The blade rejects the wood:
The rip fence is not parallel
The riving knife is not correctly aligned
Other:
The bearings are noisy – change them
Check the play of the gears and have them changed if necessary
