P4 CROSSOVER CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE

The off-road wheelchair you have just acquired is guaranteed, as from delivery, in the following way :
-
TWO years against any manufacturing defect, excluding the tyres and saddlery which are not
covered by the guarantee.

One year against any manufacturing defect in the electrical parts
(except batteries
– no guarantee).
Extent of the Guarantee:
The guarantee includes total cover of labour and replacement for parts found to be defective upon
examination by the manufacturer.
Conditions of exercise of the Guarantee:
The guarantee provided only applies if the materials have been supplied by a Lifestand-approved dealer
and used in normal operating conditions.
The guarantee does not apply to incidents stemming from:

normal wear and tear ;
-
abnormal use ;
-
neglect in maintenance ;
-
modifications
without the manufacturer’s supervision.
Similarly, it does not apply to metal elements which may have been modified by whomsoever after delivery,
either by transformation of initial parts, or by installation of new non-original parts.
Exchanges and repairs of parts within the framework of this guarantee do not result in extension of this
guarantee.
The liability of the manufacturer being expressly limited, as specified above, the company cannot be held
liable for any loss, damage or claim from third parties having its origin in any defect covered by the
guarantee. In case of return to works, shipping outward and return
is at the customer’s expense.
