USING TWO TREATMENT UNITS (1 + 2-IN-
1) ACCORDING TO POINT B) FIG. 4
y
Oil lubricator (8865102)
y
Pressure regulator with pressure gauge and filter
(8865104)
PROCEDURE
1. Install the oil lubricator at the air inlet to the
sander; for further explanation of the reason,
see section A) Methods of connection
2. Connect the pressure regulator with pressure
gauge and filter to the oil lubricator on the
sander using a short air hose (do not install it
directly on the handle of the sander - the equi-
pment can be hung).

3. Using an air hose, connect the regulator unit to
a compressor.
•
ATTENTION
y
Connect the air outlet from the compressor to the
correct hole on the treatment equipment, see fig.9.
USING ONE TREATMENT UNIT (3-IN-1)
ACCORDING TO POINT C) FIG. 4
y
Pressure regulator with pressure gauge, filter and
pneumatic oil atomizer (8865105).
PROCEDURE
1. Fill the treatment unit‘s pneumatic oil tank
with pneumatic oil.
2. At the inlet to the treatment unit connect the
air hose from the compressor. At the air outlet
from the treatment unit, connect the air hose
and connect it to the air inlet on the sander,
see fig. 10.
This treatment unit is intended for hanging and is
not intended for direct connection to the air san-
der but for connection via an air hose.
Make sure that the air hose between this tre-
atment unit and the sander is not long, otherwise
pneumatic oil will accumulate inside the hose and
will not reach the sander and, likewise, a pressure
loss will result.

ATTENTION
y
Regularly check that the oil lubricator contains
pneumatic oil, otherwise the tool could be
damaged as a result of insufficient lubrication.
•
ATTENTION
y
Always use non-shutoff quick couplers, which have
free passage so that when the air system is disco-
nnected, air is released from the system and the
system is depressurised.
y
Always check that that the quick couplers are not
damaged or clogged by material.
The male quick coupler must be inserted into the
female socket so that it clicks in. If a quick coupler is
not sealing during pressurisation of the air system,
then depressurise the system according to the pro-
cedure described below and replace it.
y
Protect quick couplers against damage and soilage.
y
To disconnect them, push the female quick coupler
connector (fig.6).

•
ATTENTION
y
The pressure regulator must be installed close to
the tool‘s air inlet as to avoid a pressure loss due to
a longer air column in the hose before it (fig. 7).
3. At the air outlet from the compressor or before
the pressure regulator (third in order from the
handle of the sander), install the filter for the
removal of condensate.
Fit the air filter with quick coupler fittings depen-
ding on whether the filter will be installed behind
the pressure regulator or at the air outlet from the
compressor (seal the threads using Teflon tape).
