Balance & Resistance
Balance: Adjust the End Caps (
No. 70
) on the rear stabiliser of the machine if the machine
is unbalanced during use.
Resistance: Rotate the Tension Control Knob (
No. 14
) clockwise to increase resistance level
from 1 (lowest) to highest (
8
). Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease resistance.
CAUTION:
Moving parts, such as the seat, can cause injury. Keep
hands clear of the sliding rail during use.
