“FGI”) is committed to safeguarding its users’ privacy (here-
inafter referred to as “Your” “You”) accessing its website (i.e.
forevergreeen.org) and has provided this Privacy Policy to fa-
miliarize You with the manner in which FGI collects, uses and
discloses Your information collected through the Website.
Before you subscribe to and/or begin participating in or using
website, FGI believes that you have fully read, understood
and accept the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.
The Policy applies to all information that FGI has about You

and conditions of this privacy policy, please do not proceed
further to use this website. Participation in the FGI member-
ship the provision of certain data is statutory (as per GDPR
13 (2)(e)). By proceeding to use this site, and engaging with
FGI by entering data into any data collection field, you are
formally opting-in to the data collection process, and agree
to the use of this data by FGI for its use in conducting its
business processes.
Additionally, FGI may use data collected to provide you with

ipate in specific promotions or activities, and receive spe-

included in these specific opportunities, and may be removed
from these opportunities by providing written communication

FGI utilizes third-party data controllers and processors for a
variety of business processes, including account creation and
maintenance, order processing, tree genealogy, etc., and
as such your data will reside with that third-party as well as
with FGI. Data held by all third-parties is US-domiciled. FGI
maintains a contractual relationship with said third party and
has established that entity also intends to comply with the
GDPR statutes applicable to its business, and to control FGI
data for use solely by FGI.
Additionally, by proceeding you affirm you are at least 16
years old. If you are under the age of 16, you must contact

form which must be completed and returned to FGI prior to
proceeding.
As an EU person, or a person of states adopting GDPR, you
are entitled to request a copy of your data subject to GDPR
Articles 15 to 22, and/or to have your personal data deleted
from the databases of FGI. You may request either of these
actions after May 25, 2018 by contacting expresscare@
forevergreen.org and stating your request. As per Article 12
(5), requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive may
incur a reasonable fee associated with each request.
FGI intends to retain account data, including sales/order re-
cords, earnings records, and account history for the duration
of the life of the company. Personal data shall be retained
only for the period of time it is needed for legal compliance
with US and international law.
As an EU person, or a person of states adopting GDPR, you
may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority as per
Article 13 (2)(d).
Although FGI does not currently intend to process data col-
lected from any Members or Customers, as per Article 18
you may also state your opposition to allowing processing
of your data by contacting [email protected]
and stating your opposition in writing.
Additionally, FGI does not currently intend to utilize data for
automated individual decision-making. As per Article 21 you
may state your opposition to allowing automated individual
decision-making by contacting expresscare@forevergreen.
org and stating your opposition in writing.

Terms of Use of the Website.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
FGI collects personal and non-personal information when
You register to gain access to the services provided by FGI
or at other specific instances when You are requested to
provide us with their personal & non-personal information
(“Information”). Personal Information shall include, but not
limited to, information regarding your name, date of birth,
gender, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
You can always choose not to provide information and
in such cases, if the information required is classified as
mandatory, You will not be able to avail of that part of the

information, FGI will keep a copy of the prior version for its
