The Allison transmission is covered for 60 mo./unlimited miles following
in-service date to the first user.
Contact your area Allison Dealer for all warranty claims and service. War-
ranty claims concerning the transmission must be handled through the nearest
Allison authorized repair location. Refer to the transmission identification plate
for the model number, arrangement number and serial number when requesting
service from the nearest Allison authorized repair location.

ARRANTY
Tires are covered by the respective manufacturer under a separate warran-
ty. Warranty claims concerning tires must be handled through the nearest tire
manufacturer representative.

ATTERIES
Batteries are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Contact the
nearest manufacturer’s representative for warranty questions or contact Fore-
travel, inc. for the nearest dealer location.

EFECTS
If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could cause a crash or
could cause injury or death, you should immediately inform the National High-
way Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying Foretrav-
el Incorporated.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an investigation, and
if it finds that a safety defect exists in a group of vehicles, it may order a recall
and remedy campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individ-
ual problems between you, a component part manufacturer, your dealer, or
Foretravel Incorporated.

at 1-800-424-9393 (or 366-0123 in Washington, D.C. area) or write to: NHT-
SA, U.S. Department of Transportation, Washington, D.C. 20590. You can
