Cleaning
It is advisable to clean the base plate and the
pizza scoops with warm soapy water after
each use.
The base and the terracotta lid:
- Use a damp cloth when cleaning the
lid and base.
- Take care that the terracotta lid does not
absorb any water and allow it to dry in the
open air.
- Wait for the lid to dry completely before
using the Foresta Mini Pizza Oven again.
