ROOF SHEETS PREPARATION

ROOF BEAM(S)

Centralise the Top Weather Strip

 onto the 

Door Weather Strips. 

Screw into place.

 All 3 

strips will overhang into the door way.

Secure the Door Hinge Strips. 

Ensure they are 

in contact with the door batten and against the 

Door Weather Strips

.

Attach the Canopy Strip. 

Ensure it is screwed 

to the front panels frame. 

Attach the Kick 

Plate Strip.

Ensure it is flush to the batten.

Before placing the OSB Roof Sheets onto the roof,

 screw the 2 x Roof Strips 

along the edge 

of the OSB Roof Sheets as shown below. Repeat the process for both ends. 

Please refer to the 

assembly step which suits your summerhouse size.

(7x5 only). Screw 1 x Side Roof Strip at each 

side 

along the other edge of the OSB Roof 

Sheets as shown below. Ensure they are central.

Attach a Z-brackets

 onto the face at both 

ends of your Beam(s) as shown below. The 

Z-brackets will mould into shape once secured 

to the front and back panels framework.

For the 

7x5,

 you will have only one beam. 

Screw the Z-brackets to the centre of the front and 

back panels 

using the measurement as shown below. 

For the 

8x6

 & 

10x6, 

you will have two beams 

Screw the Z-brackets to the front and back panels 

using the measurements as shown below.
