Note:

If you have switched autolamps on,

you can only switch the high beam on when
autolamps has switched the headlamps on.

The headlamps will come on and go off
automatically depending on the ambient
light.

Note:

If you disconnect the battery or it

loses charge, the instrument lighting returns
to its brightest setting.

Press repeatedly, or press and hold until
you reach the level you desire.

HEADLAMP EXIT DELAY

Switch the ignition off and pull the
direction indicator lever toward you to
switch the headlamps on. A short tone
sounds. They automatically turn off after
three minutes or 30 seconds after you
close the last door.

Opening any door within 30 seconds after
closing all the doors results in a three
minute timer starting again.

Switch the ignition on or pull the direction
indicator lever towards you again to switch
off the headlamp exit delay.

DAYTIME RUNNING LAMPS

(If

Equipped)

WARNING

The autolamps switch position may
not activate the headlamps in all low
visibility conditions, such as daytime

fog. Always ensure that your headlamps
are switched to auto or on, as appropriate,
during all low visibility conditions. Failure
to do so may result in a crash.

To switch the system on:

1.

Switch the ignition on.

2. Switch the lighting control to the off or

autolamp position.

Note:

You cannot switch the front fog
