What Installer Needs to Bring
1) RJ45 crimp tool: To terminate Cat5e network cable
2) Cat5e network cable: Cable length depends on distance between the router and the Centroid
3) Add devices by entering all the required fields and click on Add button.
** Kindly refer to the FootfallCam Setting up Devices Guide (Chapter 4.1.2 Manually Add Device
from Portal) for more details.
Part 1: Add Device from Portal
1) Access to FootfallCam Analytics Manager V8™: https://portal.footfallcam.com/Account/Login .
2) Go to Setting > Devices page and click on +New Device button to access Add Device page.

Insert the attached Wi-Fi dongle into any one of USB 3.0 ports.
1) INSERT DONGLE
Run a Cat5e network cable from router to the Centroid.
2) CONNECT TO CENTROID
Connect the attached power supply adapter to the power jack. The Centroid will power on and
boot up automatically.
3) POWER ON
A blue LED on the button will light up as soon as the Centroid powers on.
