You can chose the most satisfactory contrast level for you between 5 levels of intensity.
Select Base
The handset will allow you to save up to 4 base registries. It’s recommended to leave this value
as “auto”, so the handset will register by itself on the most suitable base unit.
Restore to factory settings
Select this choice on the menu to restore the handset to its previously configured default
values. Select OK/ HS DEFAULT. OK key to confirm. You’ll be asked to enter the PIN code
(0000 by default) to complete the process.
8 REGISTRATION
Select OK key. Use the direction keys to access to “REGISTRATION”. A maximum number of 5
handsets can be linked to the same base unit, and 4 bases can be linked to the same handset.
Make the registering following the below steps:
1- Go to Registration and select the base where you want the handset to be registered.
2- Accept the selected base by pressing “OK”.
3- Enter the PIN code and press “OK”.
4- Wait for the message “searching” to appear on the screen.
5- Go to the base where you registered the handset in and press and hold the
key, until
you hear a confirmation tone. That will mean that the registration process has been completed.
Notes:
- If the phone is unable to register to any base it will return to idle mode.
- The
key on the base of the charging pod can be used to locate a handset. When pressing
the button once, the handset (or handsets) registered to the base will emit a tone in order to
help you find it.
9 COMMON OPERATIONS
Volume control and Hands-free feature
Press to start a calling with the hands-free activated, or just to answer an incoming call with
hands-free mode. During a hands-free call, you’ll be able to adjust the volume of the speaker at
your convenience by pressing the direction keys.
Activate private mode
During a call, you can activate a mute mode that won’t allow your interlocutor to hear anything
that’s happening at the your side of the phone. To turn this mode on, just press the MU key
during the conversation. Press the MU key again when you’re ready to talk again and back to
normal.
