6. Troubleshooting
The following table describes how you can determine errors and shows the corrective measures that
are recommended.
Problem

No sound can be heard.
However, there is an audio

The in- and output routing in

Extend the search range from

Depending on the product
variant, connect the system to
either the
NA-4

NA-11,
or to
an Ethernet Switch
(DLI-130/230/330/430 DAN)

The
power

There is no supply voltage.
Check whether a supply voltage
is present.
