•  Laser beam caution. If your DVD player is 

operated while the outer casing is removed, 
invisible laser radiation could cause damage 
to the eye. Do not expose the lens. Do not 
look into the lens.

•  To prevent electrical shock, never remove 

the outer cabinet . If the DVD player is 
damaged it must be repaired by a qualified 
service technician.

•  Do not attempt to operate the DVD player 

with a damaged power cord or if it is not 
working correctly in any way. Never adjust or 
modify the DVD player yourself, always take 
it to an authorized service center.

•  Position the power cord so that it does not 

cause a hazard and is not near any sharp 
surfaces.

•  The main power cord of this DVD is not 

replaceable by the user. If the supply cord 
of the DVD player is damaged t must be 
replaced by a qualified service technician.

•  Do not use an extension cord
•  If the DVD player is not being used for a long 

period of time, remove the plug from the wall 
outlet.

CAUTION-

These servicing instructions are for use by 

qualified service personnel only. To reduce the risk of 

electric shock, do not perform any servicing other than 

that contained in the operating instructions unless you 

are qualified to do so.

•  Do not insert objects oryou fingers in the 

slots or openings, as this mey damage 
the DVD player and cause an electrical 
shock.

•  Do not place in or near water, or in damp 

conditions

•  If water gets inside the air vent openings, 

unplug the unit and take it to an 
authorized service center.

•  Do not use accessories that have not 

been specifically designed for this DVD 
player.

•  Close supervision is necessary when 

the DVD player near or by children 
or a person suffering any physical 
inpairement.

• To avoid electrical shock, never touch the 

DVD player  or plug with wet hands.

•  Do not place objects that could cause a 

fire hazard on top of the DVD player such 
as candles.

•  When transporting the DVD player 

always use the original packaging.

 • Do not place anything on top of the DVD 

player such as vases or potted plants.

•  Do not use the DVD player outdoors.
•  Hold the plug when pulling the power 

cord out of the wall outlet. Do not hold 
the cord when disconnecting.
