4. Use
Preset programs
You can choose for one of the preset programs. With a preset program the resistance
will vary according to the selected profile. In total there are 12 different profiles catego-
rized in 3 groups;
BEGINNER, ADVANCED
and
SPORTY
. There is a rendition of the 12
programs at the bottom of this page.
1.
In the main menu press the
UP
or
DOWN
button to select the preferred
training level group:
BEGINNER, ADVANCED or SPORTY
. Press
MODE
to
confirm the selection.
2.
Press the
UP
or
DOWN
button to select the preferred training profile
Press
MODE
to confirm the selected training profile.
3.
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
button to select the training duration.
4.
Press
START/STOP
to start the training.
5.
During the training the level can be increased or decreased by pressing the
UP
or
DOWN
button.
6.
Press the
START/STOP
button to pause the training.
7.
Press the
RESET
button to return to the main menu.
