Step 3
1.
Slide the oval cover (28) over the handlebar post (29). As displayed in fig. a.
2. Connect the upper computer cable (64) to the lower computer cable (65)
3.
Assemble the handlebar post (29) onto main frame by fastening Allen bolt (15),flat
washer (16) and curved washer (8).
