). Approximately 2 lt.
Fill up the priming kit (

) by means of the appropriate hole (
rif.12
) and ensure that the suction tube is also filled (
rif.2

there are no leaks, replace the stopper.
Insert the plug in the alternating current power point at 230 V- 50Hz. The pump will start immediately and the ignition message
“ERGON 5000 “ will be displayed.

Insert the plug in the alternating current power point at 230 V- 50Hz. The pump will start immediately and the ignition message
“ERGON 5000 “ will be displayed.
After a few seconds the device will turn the pump OFF.

At this point the language can be set.
To set the display language press the “MENU” puthe LANGUAGE parameter is displayed.
Once the language parameter is displayed press the SET pushbutton a number of times until the
language you wish to select is displayed: ( GB–I–FR–D-NL-ES-RUS)
Once the language is set, press the “ ” pushbutton and the pump will start. The pre-set work pressure is
2.4 bar. It is possible to vary the pressure level even when the pump is operating.
To vary the pressure level press the SET pushbutton and select one of the three pressure values available.
1,8 Bar
2,4 Bar
3,0 Bar
If the electro-pump remains inactive for a long period of time repeat all of the operations described above
prior to starting.
Chap. 7 Maintenance and troubleshooting
Before carrying out any maintenance operation disconnect the electro-pump from the electric power supply.
Under normal conditions the FLOTEC ERGON electro-pump range does not require maintenance. To prevent possible setbacks we
recommend periodically controlling the pressure supplied and the current absorption. A lessening of the pressure is a symptom of
wear on the electro-pump.
Sand and other corrosive materials in the liquid pumped cause fast wear and a reduction in performance. In this case it is
recommended that a filter is used. An increase in current absorption is a sign of anomalous mechanical friction in the pump and/or the
motor. In the event that the electro-pump should remain unused for a long period (e.g. an entire year), we advise completely emptying
the pump (opening the drainage stopper, see fig. 1 and 2 n. 10), flushing with clean water and storing the pump in a dry place and
protected from freezing.
