The pump fails
to operate
1. Interruption of
the electrical supply 1. Check the circuit breaker and try another
electrical outlet to ensure the pump is
getting electrical power.
2. Obstruction 2. Check the pump discharge and tubing
for kinks and obstructions.
3. Dirty intake screen 3. Check the intake screen to ensure it is
not clogged with debris.
Clean the intake screen
1. Unplug the water pump.
2. Use a small brush to remove any debris
in the intake screen.
