Taking and Storing Snapshot
The Snapshot function allows the instructor to record the aircraft’s altitude, indicated airspeed, heading,
date, time, and visual settings at that moment. The function is transparent to the simulation. Up to ten
snapshots can be recorded for later recall. When a snapshot is taken, the data is stored on the off-board
computer’s hard drive, therefore, snapshot data is not lost when simulation is canceled.
Select the SNAPSHOT TAKE button from any page on which it appears. The button will illuminate blue
and the number appearing in the control block will increase by one. If the user wants to save a snapshot
to a specific numbered location, this can be done by entering the number using the SNAPSHOT NUMBER
button in the Snapshot Store boundary box before the snapshot is taken. Otherwise, by default, the snapshot
will be placed at the next sequential numbered location. Simulation will continue operating normally. A
snapshot number button will appear corresponding to the snapshot just taken.

Recalling a Snapshot
