Vad händer om värmen från din värmekälla inte ger tillräcklig värme?
•
R eturvattengivaren aktiverar händelser när temperaturen blir för låg.
•
När temperaturen sjunker under +10°C så sätts EV2 (shuntventil) till 10V, dvs fullt öp-
pen. (ger mest värme) Samtidigt aktiveras EV1 cirkulationspumpen för frostskydds-
funktionen.
I fall temperaturen sjunker ytterligare, under +5°C så sker följande:
•
RMC(rotormotor til värmevexlaren) sätts til 0%, -M1 och M2 (fläktar AC) och AM1 och
AM2 (fläktar EC) stannas.
•
Spjällmotor får signal om att stänga spjällen i ventilationskanalen.
•
Låg retur vatten temperatur larmet aktiveras på aggregatets styrpanel och ventilatio-
nen stoppas.
När SP0 (stopp) är vald eller aktiverad pga alarm ska
•
EV2 (shuntventil) reglera mot att upprätthålla + 25 °C på returvatten temperaturen
•
Beroende av B5(returvattentempsensor) så aktiveras EV1 (cirkulationspumpen) så
snart EV2 (shuntventilen) når värdet 1 V.
•
En extra funktion motionskör EV1 (cirkulationspumpen) minst 30 sek/dag.
Efter åtgärd så måste detta larm återställas i aggregatets styrpanel. Röd led lyser.
What happens if the heat from your heating source don’t give enough heat?
•
The return water sensor activates operations when the temperature gets too low.
•
When temperature is lowered to under +10°C then the EV2 (shuntvalve) is set to
10V, that means fully opened (produces the most heat). At the same time the EV1
circulationpump activates for the frost safety function.
In case the temperature drops further, below +5°C then the following happens:
•
RMC( rotormotor for the heatexchanger) is set to 0%, -M1 and M2 (fans AC) and AM1
and AM2 (fans EC) stops.
•
Damper motor gets a signal to shut the damper in the ventilation duct.
•
”Low retur water temperature - alarm” activates on the units controlpanel and the
ventilation stops.
When SP0 (stop) is chosen or activated because of an alarm, then the following happens:
•
EV2 (shuntventil) regulates the temperature to + 25°C on return water
•
Depending on B5 (temp. sensor for return water) the EV1 (circulationpump) is
activated when EV2 (shuntvalve) reaches the value 1V.
•
An extra function motionsruns EV1 (circulationpump) at least 30sek/day.
After improvements the alarm must be reset in the units control panel. Red LED lights up.
