Definition of trigger limits
It is important to enter the limits, at which the event trigger has to toggle.
• Enter the upper limit
MAX (x>limit)
.
• Press ENTER.
• Enter the lower limit
MIN
(x<limit)
.
• Press ENTER.
It is possible to define a hysteresis to avoid a constant switching of the event trigger.
The event trigger will be activated if the measured values exceed the upper limit. It will be deactivated if the measured
values fall below the lower limit.
• Enter the value for the hysteresis.
If zero is entered, no hysteresis is used.
• Press ENTER.
• Enter the center of the range in which the event trigger has to be switched.
• Press ENTER.
• Enter the width of the range in which the event trigger has to be switched.
• Press ENTER.
Definition of the switching delay
• Enter a time interval after which the event trigger has to switch in case the event occurred.
• Press ENTER.
• Enter a time interval after which the event trigger has to be deactivated in case of a measurement failure.

Example
MAX (x>limit)
: 40 M%
Hysteresis
: 1 M%
The event trigger will switch at a value of 40.5 M% and higher. The event trigger will be deactivated at a value of 39.5
M%.

Event trigger\Rx Enable\Source item\...\Range width
Example
Function
:
Out of range
Range center
: 40 M%
Range width
: 10 M%
The event trigger will switch if the measured value is below 35 M% or above 45 M%.
