8. Connect the ethernet cable to the “DRIVER
BOARD 1” ethernet port behind the Touch
Panel screen.

9. Connect the straight end of the switch
extension to the “PORT 1” switch port
behind the Touch Panel screen. Ensure the

Draw Switch Options
When the draw spout is activated, the spigot
switch relays the signal to the Flavor Burst
®
system, telling it to activate the pumps and
syrups as product is drawn from the spout.
Flavor Burst highly recommends integrated
(internal) switches be installed to power the
CTP 80BEV system.
However, the correct
integrated switches for your freezer depend on
the freezer model as well as what product is
being used (shake vs. slush, etc). If the
installer has the correct integrated switches,
install these instead of the external switches
included with this system.
If no integrated switches are available, install
the ELE 510 external switches from your Spare
Parts Kit as directed in the next section; these
may be replaced at a later time with integrated
switches if you wish. Use the chart below to
determine which switches you need and contact
your local distributor for further information.

Connecting to the Internal Switch
1. For freezers that have an integrated switch
already built into the freezer, insert one end
of the switch extension into the integrated
switch port on the freezer. Ensure the other
end of the switch is fully inserted into
“PORT 1” of the Touch Panel.
