10 Disassembly and Disposal
10.1 Disassembly
For the disassembly of the gas-air heating unit, proceed as follows:
10.2 Recycling
ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE!
Have qualified licensed staff dismantle and dispose of the unit!
HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE!
Switch air handling unit voltage-fee and secure against unintentional subsequent
switch-on.
PERSONAL INJURY!
Secure the unit against slipping. The unit is ready for transport.
RISK OF ACCIDENT FROM GAS EXPLOSION!
Block the gas main to prevent any gas from escaping. Explosions and fire can occur
through escaped gas.
RISK OF BURNING
Wait until the heat exchanger and the air handling unit cool down!
WARNING: HAZARDOUS ROTATING COMPONENTS!
Wait to allow the fan rotational momentum to cease!
RECYCLING
The disposal of the unit Multi
MAXX
HG or individual components must be carried out
by an authorized appointed contractor with the necessary competence. This
appointed contractor must ensure that:

the components are separated according to material types
•
used operating materials are sorted and separated according to their respective
properties.
ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE!
Depending on the material type, dispose of all components and operating supply
materials in an environmentally-friendly manner in accordance with the local codes,
practices, and relevant regulations.
