1.6 MAINS SECTION
maINs VolTagE sElECTor
This switch allows you to change the voltage, adapting the unit to your area voltage.
WARNING: Turn off the unit before changing the operating voltage.
NOTE: This switch is not present in V-mATE 506 .
poWEr oN / oFF sWITCH
Press the top of this switch to turn the unit on. Press the bottom to turn the unit off.
aC lINE IN rECEpTaClE aNd FusE-HoldEr
The AC LINE IN socket complies to IEC standards. Each unit package is supplied with the specific power cord for your area.
For your own safety, never disconnect the grounding plug.
In case you need to replace the fuse, always use one of the same type and value as the original. Refer to technical
specifications table for details of the fuse for each model of
V-mATE
series.
1.7 CABINET
boX sHapE
The bottom of the cabinet features an oblique cut of 35°, allowing to slant the speaker for monitoring and ground listening
applications.
polE mouNT
This standard hole of 36mm (1.4”) allows you to mount the speaker on a tripod or dedicated accessory/wall supports.
rubbEr FEET
These rubber feet allow the placement on floor and speakers stacking during storage.
HaNdlE
To make the transport easier, we have equipped the cabinet with a practical ABS handle.
Do not use it to hang the speakers!
Ir lEd
Receiving lED for remote control emissions. Do not cover/obscure this section!
oN
This blue LED is lit when the speaker mains is on.
HF drIVEr aNd HorN
The compression driver reproduces the frequencies above the crossover point; the oval horn ensures a wide angle of coverage.
The only model that does not adopt this solution for the higher frequencies is the
V-mATE 506
, which has a dome
tweeter with a small waveguide.

WooFEr aNd rEFlEX porTs
The woofer reproduces frequencies below the crossover point.
The reflex ports enhance the efficiency of the woofer and improve the reproduction of lower frequencies.
