USING THE PRODUCT
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
POWER SWITCH:
Connect the power cord, turn on the machine, and press the power button to start.
CONFIGURATION:
First select the type of exercise you want to perform and the time, then press the Start button and adjust the speed.
VIBRATION MODE BUTTONS:
Select the type of vibration you want to exercise with.

UP (linear up/down).

LR (oscillating left/right).

UL-3D (both movements)...
SPEED BUTTONS:
Select the speed after pressing start with the arrows � . The speed range is set between
1 and 180.
TIME BUTTON:
Once the program has been selected, set the time. The standard duration is 10 minutes. To reduce
or increase the time press the arrows � .
PROGRAM BUTTON:
Before starting the training you must select among the 4 predefined programs (P1, P2, P3,
P4), these programs work with linear movement up / down. at different speeds and time to offer a varied workout.
Velocity intervals change every 30 seconds.
