ROUTINE SAFETY CHECKS
Daily basis
Catalyst shall be visually checked daily, and any irregularities or deficiencies shall be followed-up and be
reported to the responsible engineer.
The checks shall be performed visually with due consideration of the following indicators:


Quarterly

Core cleaning plan

Fittings
 Bolts

Valves

Gaskets

Housing
 Other as applicable

It is recommended to check the catalyst for any irregularities or deficiencies 30 minutes after the main
engine has been started.
