Uninterruptable Power
Supply (UPS)
Your Isotemp refrigerator is compatible for use with a UPS
battery backup. The primary role of any UPS is to provide
short-term power when the input power source fails. If you
use a UPS backup, take care to follow the directions and
precautions accompanying that device.
Be careful not to plug into a wall outlet controlled
by a wall switch to avoid accidentally switching off
the refrigerator. To function properly the
refrigerator must continually receive power.
CAUTION:
Risk of electrical shock. If the cord or
plug becomes damaged, replace with a cord and
plug of the same type and rating.
