Troubleshooting

ASSEMBLY

• Slide a front wheel,

flat side first

, onto the front axle.

Front Wheel

• Slide a rim,

indented side out

, onto the front axle.

• Fit a 1 cm lock nut onto the end of the front axle and

tighten with the assembly wrench.

IMPORTANT!

Fully tighten the lock nut with the included

assembly wrench.

• Test to be sure the wheel spins. Lift the front end of the

vehicle up slightly and turn the wheel. It should spin freely.

• If the wheel does not spin freely, use the assembly wrench

to loosen the lock nut a ¼ turn. Spin the wheel again and
loosen more, if necessary.
