The maximum dial setting permits rapid boiling of liquids, whereas the
minimum dial setting allows simmer warming of food or maintaining
boiling conditions of liquids.
To reduce the gas flow to minimum, rotate the dial further counter-
clockwise to point the indicator towards the
LO
position (minimum rate).
Other intermediate operating adjustments can be achieved by
positioning the indicator between the maximum and minimum dial
settings. Never operate the burners with the dial set between the
HI
and
OFF
positions.
