Melting function
This function is suitable for melting chocolate. The temperature of the selected pan is set
automatically to 44°C. The maximum duration of this function can be set up for two hours.
COOKING FEATURES

Once the pan is placed on the cooking
surface, touch
on the left of the
pan indicator icon.

PROGRAMS
menu will open.
Touch to select
MELTING
function
.

The
MELTING
symbol is shown in the
pan icon, and the temperature of the
pan is automatically set to 44°C.
To stop the function, select the pan
icon and slide to 0 to turn off the
function.
