5.4.1 First-run
Preparations
Check that the strainers and the overflow pipe are in their correct positions. Check also
that the detergent and rinse aid hoses are connected to their respective containers. The
thicker hose is connected to the detergent container. Open the stop cock.
Rotation direction of the pump motor
The rotation direction can be seen by checking the shaft between the pump and motor,
while the contactor is pressed for a short time. If the motor does not rotate in the direction
indicated by the rotation arrow, alter two of the incoming phases.
Temperatures
When the dishwasher is in operation, the washing temperature should be approx. 60-65°C
and the rinsing temperature approx. 80-85°C.
Controlling the hood magnetic switch
Check that themagnetic switch stops the machine during both the wash and rinse cycle
when the hood is lifted.
5.5 Staff training
Before the machine is used make sure that the personnel receive the requisite information
for handling and maintenance!
