INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Please read this instruction manual carefully to obtain the best results.

CONNECTIONS TO MAIN SUPPLY

Make sure the supply voltage in your home is the same as the voltage marked on the rating 
plate of the appliance.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1.  This appliance is not suitable to be used outside the house.
2.  Keep children away and do not allow them to operate this appliance.

3.   Do not insert ingers or any object through the grille when the appliance is connected to the 

mains.

4.  Unplug the appliance from the mains supply socket:
 

a. after use;

 

b. in case of malfunction during use;

 

c. before cleaning it;

 

d. before moving it.

5.   Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

6.  Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable and horizontal surface.

7.   Do not use the appliance in front of or close to an open window. Rain may create electrical 

hazard.

8.  Never immerse any part of the appliance in water or any other liquid.
9.   Do not cover the appliance while switched on.
10. Do not use the appliance in very humid conditions, e.g. bathrooms.
11.  This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, 

sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been 
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for 
their safety.

12.  Check if all screwbuttons are ixed before switching on the appliance.

13.  Keep the cord away from hot surfaces.

14.  Don’t use the appliance in front of ovens, ireplaces and other open ire.

15.  Never operate the appliance:
 

a. in case the appliance or the mains lead are damaged

 

b. in case the appliance has dropped

16.  Repairs of electrical appliances must only be performed by skilled personnel. Should the 

appliance fail to operate or in case of any damage, please contact our service center for 
repair, as special tools are needed.

17.  In case the appliance is misused or operated in any manner other than described in these 

instructions for use, no liability will be undertaken for any possible damage.

18.  Keep combustible material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains, 

etc. at least 100cm away from the heater.

19.  Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1m in front and 50cm behind the 

heater.

20.  Do not use the heater in the rooms with explosive gas or while using inlammable solvents, 

varnish or glue.

21.  The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet. - Do not use this heater 

in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. - If the supply cord 

is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualiied 

persons in order to avoid a hazard.

22.  The heater is itted with a safety device which switch off the heater in case of accidental 

overheating (eg. Obstruction of air intake and outlet grilles, motor turning slowly or not at 
all). To reset, disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the cause of 
overheating then plug the appliance in again.

23.  Certain parts of the appliance may become hot during use. Refrain from touching these 

areas so as not to burn yourself.

24.  Make sure your hands are dry when you touch the appliance, the power cable or the plug.
25.  Do not use a metal scouring pad to clean the appliance. Fragments of metal could come 

loose and touch the appliance’s electrical parts causing it to short circuit.

26. Never switch the appliance off by pulling the cable

USING THE HEATER

• 

Plug the heater into a wall socket.

•   Set the following modes:

•   Be sure never to cover the grill

SAFETY TIP-OVER SWITCH:

This unit is equipped with a Safety Tip-Over switch located inside the Heater. This feature cuts 
the main power to the unit if the Heater gets knocked over. If the unit does tip over, simply stand 
it up right to resume operation.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Be sure to let the appliance cool down before cleaning it and unplug it from the wall socket.
Use a soft damp cloth to clean the outside of the appliance. Do not allow water to drip into the 

motor housing. Do not use benzene, thinners or harsh abrasive cleaning products, as these will 

damage the inish of the unit.
