Assembly Instructions
Carton A
2 - Front Swivel Caster with Brakes
2 - Rear Swivel Casters
1 - 3/4 inch Open-end Wrench
Before beginning to assemble the grill, remove all parts
cartons from inside the lower cart cabinet, and the vapor
-
izer plate and the searing deck inside the grill hood. (See
Figure 1).
Tools Needed
9/16 inch Open-end Wrench

3/4 inch Open-end Wrench (included with grill)
•
Philips Screwdriver
•
Box Cutter or small sharp knife
•
Supplies Needed
(not included with grill)
20 lb. LPG Cylinder (approximately 12 inch diameter by

18 1/2 inch maximum height)
Two “D” size Batteries
•
Non-corrosive Commercial Leak Check Solution
