5.9.5 CHECKING THE WEAR CONDITION OF THE BRAKING SYSTEM

This type of operation must be carried out by an AUTHORIZED FIORI SERVICE CENTRE.

CAUTION: Before proceeding, always read the safety regulations for the operations to be carried out

as set out in Chapter 3.

Before testing the effi ciency of the parking brake, check that there is no one near
the vehicle.

The effi ciency of the hand brake helps ensure that the machine will remain still under full load on a gradient
of 25%.

- Ensure that the parking brake button (

) is fully pressed down.

- If you notice that the vehicle moves, contact an AUTHORISED FIORI SERVICE CENTRE.

CAUTION: Do not use the vehicle if the parking brake is not fully effi cient.
