To pair remote with the TV

Home Screen of your TV scroll down and enter the
Settings menu. Highlight the Add accessory option
under the Remote & accessories and press OK .
The TV will start to seach for available devices to pair
with. Press and hold the
Home and left directional
buttons on this remote simultaneously until you hear
a brief beeping sound. This means that your remote
is ready to be paired with the TV. Your remote’s name
will appear on the screen. Press
OK button to start
pairing. Your remote will be added to the Remote &
accessories menu if the pairing is successful.
To unpair your remote select it under the Remote
& accessories menu and press OK , Unpair option
will be highlighted. Press OK and then highlight OK
and press OK again to unpair the device from the TV.
Using Voice Search and Google Speech
There is a built-in microphone on your remote. To acti-
vate the microphone press the
Speech EXWWRQEULHÀ\
Then speak out slowly and clearly into the microphone
what you are looking for when ‘
Listening... ’ message
appears on the screen. Your voice will be recognized
and a search will start. Your given keywords will be
searched among the applications and on YouTube.
It might take some time for the results to appear. You
can select the desired one from the search results.
Your TV is also capable of responsing some basic
questions like “How is the weather?” or “What Time
is it?”. Press the
Speech EXWWRQEULHÀ\DQGDVN\RXU
question.

tings>Preferences>Speech menu on the Home
Screen.
Standby Button
To switch the TV into the standby mode press and
hold the
Standby button on the remote control and
then press the OK button when Power off message
appears on the screen. The TV will enter into quick
VWDQGE\PRGHLIWKLVEXWWRQLVEULHÀ\SUHVVHG3UHVV
again to go back to operating mode.
Inserting Batteries into the Remote
Press and slide the cover to open. Insert two size
AAA batteries. Make sure the (+) and (-) signs match
(observe correct polarity). Do not mix old and new
batteries. Replace only with same or equivalent type.
Place the cover back on.
