The Dash Camera is recognized on a PC's USB then
disconnected in a moment.
•
Connect the Dash Camera to the USB port of a PC's main
board if possible.
•
Remove any other USB devices connected to a PC. Connect
the Dash Camera only or connect it to the USB host card.
•
Check if the same problem occurs on other PCs. If so,
request after-sales service.
The Dash Camera is connected to the USB port of a
navigation device, but it is not working.
•
Video recording can not be done using the power from the
USB port in the navigation system. But it is recognized as a
removable USB disk.
Nothing is recorded in the video file.
•
Check if the Dash Camera has booted properly.
•
If only audio plays without a video image display, request
after-sales service.
I would like to change the external memory card.
•
Purchase an original micro SDHC card at a shopping mall or
an authorized agency.
•
The physical characteristics of micro SDHC cards differ from
manufacturer to manufacturer. Some of them will not be
compatible with our Dash Camera.
