MANUAL STUFFERS

The illustration depicts main appliance parts for one model and the list includes their
descriptions and functions.

A) Structure:

it is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a fastening system

(A1)

for the food container.

B) Food container:

contains the food product to be stuffed.

C) Expulsion nozzle:

it can be equipped with funnels of various diameter according to

the type of sausage to be produced.

D) Crank:

used to press food product. The crank can be inserted in two couplings: one

to press product or slowly retract the piston, the other to quickly slide the piston.
