The mixer IC is an appliance designed and constructed to homogeneously mix and

knead raw deboned meat (beef, pork, etc) with spices and herbs to produce sausages
for human consumption.

–

The professional appliance is designed to be installed in retail environments (butcheries,

supermarkets, etc.). Special training is not required. However, users should have skills
and abilities specific to the sector.

Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.
