MEAT MIXER

CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS

The appliance is equipped with the
listed control devices, required to
run its main functions.

A) Pushbutton:

used to turn on the

appliance.

B) Pushbutton:

used to turn off the

appliance.

C) Button (retentive):

used to start

the appliance with blade rotation
in the opposite direction for easy
container emptying.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Make sure the castor wheels are locked with the brake system to prevent sudden and
unexpected appliance movements.

Lift the guard and fill at least 1/3 of the container with food products.

Close the guard.

Press the button

(A)

to start the appliance.

Press the button

(B)

to stop the appliance when food product is correctly mixed.

Press and hold down the button

(C)

for several seconds to easily remove food product.

Loosen the knob and tip the container.

Lift the guard and pour food product into a suitable container.

Replace the container in its original position and restore normal appliance operating
conditions.

Important

If it is the first time the appliance is used, remove any protective linings and accu-
rately clean to remove any construction material residue before starting it.
