Procedure
1. Take out the equipment base and the clamp.
Figure 4.2 shows the base and Figure 4.3 shows the clamp.

2. Secure the equipment base onto the wire pole with the clamp,
as shown in Figure 4.4, and fasten the clamp with the six point
sockets.
