The reset operation may result in interruption of all ONU services carried
by the GC4B card. The reset operation is generally conducted in course
of the card maintenance and upgrade. It is not recommended that the
user directly issue a reset command using the reset key.

Main Function
Provides two STM-1 uplink optical interfaces and implements 1+1 protection;
Supports E1 circuit emulation;
Supports 4 clock acquisition modes: Clock extraction from the input E1 line,
external input reference clock, internal free running clock and clock received
from other clock cards. The clock acquisition mode can be selected according
to the network condition.
