Overview of first commissioning with the control panel
1. Before switching on: Make sure that there is no ENABLE
signal at the controller interface.
2. Switch on the SFC−LAC; select drive type (e.g.HME−16−200).
3. Set parameters for reference travel: methods and speeds.
4. Set controller enable for control panel: [HMI = on].
For a few seconds a search is made for the commuting
point (the HME vibrates).
5. Carry out a reference run.
6. Teach the axis parameters: Axis zero point AZ and software
end positions (if the AZ is modified: carry out new reference
travel).
7. Enter/teach position sets.
8. Carry out a test run Check positioning behaviour, reference
points and work range.
9. If necessary, optimize the position sets, reference points
and work range.
10. Check that the controller interface functions correctly.
11. In order to complete commissioning read the instructions
on operation (see the manual for the SFC−LAC−...).
