Construction in the form of a downstream station
The reactor station can be combined with individual stations for filtering, mixing and
filling to form a training factory. Different variants are possible:
•
PA downstream stations: Mixing station, filtering station
•
PA downstream stations: Mixing station, filtering station, filling station
If the reactor station is the first station, then the liquid is filled directly into the tank
as in the case of an individual station. If operated in the form of a downstream
station, the tank is connected to the pump of the upstream station via the end piece
on the inlet pipe. For transfer by pumping processes, the hand valve in the drain
pipe and inlet pipe must be opened. The liquid is then pumped into the tank of the
reactor station via the pump of the previous PA station. After the tempering and
stirring operations, the liquid can be delivered to the next PA downstream station via
the pump. The pumping operation cannot be started if the downstream tank is
already filled with liquid.
Communication between the MPS
PA stations is effected via „StationLink“ as is the
case with MPS
C stations. The reactor station is comprised of an emitter and
receiver for communication.
